About the Role
As an RN , you will supervise nursing staff and daily nursing activities during your assigned shift to ensure exceptional care for all residents. You will uphold professional standards and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations to maintain the highest quality of care.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee daily delivery of nursing care and monitor nursing staff performance.
Plan and conduct shift staff meetings to identify areas for improvement.
Identify and resolve problems in resident care delivery promptly.
Provide written and oral reports / recommendations to the Director of Nursing.
Coordinate nursing services with other departments to ensure comprehensive resident care.
Qualifications :
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred).
Current state license and registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Peripheral IV certification.
Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
At least 1 year in a management role (preferred).
Experience with geriatrics and subacute populations (preferred).
CPR / BLS certification.
Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
