RCT Service Coordinator
The RCT Service Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the growth of our commercial fleet business by serving as the primary point of contact throughout the entire customer lifecycle. This role combines the responsibilities of a Central RO Processor and Service Coordinator, emphasizing hands-on, field-based customer engagement and operational coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient repair order processing, accurate invoicing, and outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients.
Repair Order Management :
- Process new work requests from initiation through completion
- Create and manage estimates; submit for approvals to internal stakeholders and customers
- Review and approve the accuracy of repair orders (ROs)
- Handle invoicing for internal and external customers, including third-party billing portals
Customer Experience & Communication :
Serve as the primary contact for commercial fleet customersProvide timely updates and handle all customer inquiries and complaintsFoster and maintain strong, professional customer relationshipsVendor & Remote Location Coordination :
Process vendor repair orders and oversee work at unmanned locationsManage paperwork and documentation for outside servicesFacilitate and track road call requestsAdministrative Duties :
Perform SharePoint approval processingCoordinate credit and rebill transactions as neededEnter new parts, process recalls, and warranty claimsSupport campaign creation and rolloutServe as backup for parts processing functionsKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities :
2+ years of experience in fleet maintenance, service coordination, or a related fieldStrong understanding of repair order processes and service operationsExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently in a field-based environmentProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using SharePoint and third-party customer portalsStrong attention to detail and time managementMinimum Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalentPreferred Qualifications :
Associates or Bachelor's degreeWork Environment : Office Environment
