Key Job Details – OR RN Travel Assignment

Location : Arlington, TX 76012 – Prime Dallas-Fort Worth healthcare location with access to parks, entertainment, and dining.

Estimated Weekly Salary : $2100–$2250

Assignment Length : 13-week travel nursing contract (December 15, 2025 – March 15, 2026)

Healthcare Setting : Operating Room (OR), Surgical Services Unit

Shift : Day shifts, 8 hours (Monday–Friday, 6 : 30am–3 : 00pm)

On-Call : 2 weekday call shifts / week (3 : 30pm–6 : 00am) & 1 full weekend call every 3–4 weeks (24 hours, 6 : 00am–6 : 00am)

Hours per Week : 40

Patient Ratio : 1 : 1

EMR : EPIC

Floating : May float to other nursing units as needed

Qualifications – Operating Room Registered Nurse

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Texas or compact state

BLS certification required; CNOR certification preferred

Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience

Experience with orthopedic, neuro, and Da Vinci robotic surgical procedures preferred

Must reside at least 100 miles from Arlington, TX (address verification with current driver’s license required)

OR RN Responsibilities

Provide safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care to surgical patients in a busy OR setting

Assist with a variety of surgical cases (average 22 cases / day), including orthopedic, neuro, and robotic procedures

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Accurately document all care and procedures in EPIC EMR

Participate in on-call rotation and float to other clinical units as needed

Support a teaching hospital environment by mentoring and sharing clinical knowledge with peers and nursing students
