If you have 5+ years of experience and a strong background in anesthesia , youll thrive in this fast-paced, high-impact environment.

About the Role

Youll be hands-on in supporting patients through everything from intake to rehab. This is a role for a highly skilled, detail-oriented technician who wants to work at the cutting edge of veterinary medicine.

Core Responsibilities :

• Administer and monitor general anesthesia for surgical and advanced imaging cases
• Perform pre and post op assessments, including patient prep and recovery monitoring
• Manage anesthesia equipment and troubleshoot in real time
• Provide hands-on support during neurosurgeries and anesthetized procedures (spinal taps, etc)
• Accurately calculate and deliver medications, CRIs, and fluid therapy
• Place and maintain IV catheters, urinary catheters, and feeding tubes
• Support seizure patients and assist in emergency triage and stabilization
• Acquire detailed patient histories, provide fear-free patient restraint, and assist neurologists during patient neurologic exams
• Record and track vitals, behavior, pain scoring, and neurologic function
• Provide rehabilitation support to help post-op and paralyzed patients regain mobility
• Deliver client education with empathy and clarity
• Maintain detailed, accurate electronic medical records using practice management software
• Other duties as assigned
