Key Account Representative II
The BCD Account Representative II initiates, develops and maintains superior business and consulting relationships with medium and strategic commercial & industrial and municipal customers, developers and vendors with the objective of growing the account, servicing and account and retaining the account and ensuring customer loyalty to Liberty. This includes influencing our customers to convert to natural gas and / or electricity (dependent on jurisdiction) and to take full advantage of the company's energy efficiency program offerings. The BCD Account Representative performs some of the following duties : responding to service calls including billing / metering issues, power quality support, planned and unplanned outages, promoting additional load and energy efficiency projects, performing basic project management functions and other account management functions. This position will develop skills to recognize customer needs and provide innovative solutions to meet those needs.
Accountabilities :
- Work directly with large and strategic commercial & industrial and municipal customers to assess natural gas, electric and / or water opportunities and develop a comprehensive sales proposal.
- Identify and sell Energy Efficiency opportunities.
- Represent the company in targeted local / regional trade and business shows.
- One of several points of contact for shared accounts in each Region.
Customer Service :
One of several points of contact for shared accounts in each Region allowing our medium and strategic customers to speak with a trusted contact versus going into the call center.Represent and advocate for customer needs with internal departments by directing issues to the proper channels for resolution and improving customer satisfaction.Other duties as assigned; including but not limited to, emergency assignments during storms representing the company at business and community events.Participate in community meetings to facilitate productive communication between the company and the communities we serve, including community outreach, special permitting, and answering questions.Manage CRM :
Manage input of all sales leads and opportunities into company CRM.Manage input of Energy Efficiency leads and wins into the CRM system.Education and Experience :
College or professional program of 3 years or less.5+ years of experience.CRM and SAP Experience.
