As a Security Professional - Financial Site Rounds in Pittsburgh, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution, helping to deter security-related incidents through your routine presence and alertness. You will be highly visible, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate professionally to those on site. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and / or unauthorized access.

Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related breaches, or hazards within the location.

Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members, providing assistance as needed.

Complete detailed and accurate reports of daily activities and any security-related incidents.

Support emergency response activities according to site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.

Follow instructions from site supervisors and maintain a professional presence at all times.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
