Salary : 40,000 - 50,00 Annually

GalaxyCon is a festival of fandom that celebrates comic books, pop culture, sci-fi, fantasy, anime, gaming, cosplay, and more. GalaxyCon is more than a comic-con, its a galaxy of fun!

We are looking for a senior graphic designer to join our graphic design team in creating stunning and captivating designs for our live and virtual events.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with both senior and junior graphic designers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and guidance to excel in their roles.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive environment within the design team.
• Communicate effectively with the graphic design team, delegating tasks and assignments.
• Monitor project progress and maintain high-quality standards throughout the design process.
• Develop assets for live events, including digital ads, social media ads, program ads, signage, flyers, trifolds, and one-sheets.
• Ensure that all designs align with GalaxyCons brand identity and vision.
• Prioritize and assign tasks to yourself and other team members based on urgency and impact.
• Review graphics created by the team for approval using tools like Filestage.
• Conduct secondary checks before scheduled go-live dates, providing constructive feedback and corrections.
• Design program guides, special event badges, and posters for both live and virtual events to ensure the materials are informative, attractive and aligned with the event theme.

Regularly review contract documents to verify new guest additions.
