Long View is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Program Manager for our Dallas office who is passionate about delivering on large and complex projects! You will be a member of our PMO responsible for managing multiple IT programs ensuring alignment of scope, schedule and budget to the existing Project Delivery Framework.

A Day in the Life :

• Manage our PMOaaS offering and coordinate multiple related projects to achieve strategic business objectives
• Support business justification development, contract negotiations and contract compliance
• Provide oversight on project portfolios to achieve annual plans and metrics of success
• Drive business rhythm across multiple teams to deliver commitments on time and at high quality
• Facilitate program communications, identify and implement continuous improvement practices, and provide regular status reports as required
• Implement change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure client approvals, and issue change orders
• Assess change requests to determine impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk
