American Traveler is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a travel job in Decatur, Illinois.

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist with BLS, ACLS, ARRT, and IEMA certifications for a day shift assignment at an acute care Level II Trauma center.

Responsibilities

  • Work in an acute care hospital's Interventional Radiology unit
  • Level II Trauma center with 372 staffed beds
  • Day shifts with a 4x9 schedule from 7 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM
  • Required to work every third weekend
  • Primary and secondary on-call duties one night a week each
  • Floating within hospital and to affiliated hospitals as needed
  • Cerner EMR experience required
  • First-time travelers are welcome to apply
  • Travelers will be expected to float as needed within scope of practice
  • Solid color scrubs may be worn
  • Candidates must work at least 2 out of 3 major holidays
  • Ideally, no more than 5 days of requested time off will be approved
  • No radius rule for local candidates
  • Previous permanent or PRN employees must have been separated for at least 12 months before applying
  • Parking permit provided at no cost

    • Requirements

  • At least 1 year of Interventional Radiology Technologist experience
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • ARRT and IEMA certifications required
  • Must have an Illinois license in hand at time of consideration
  • Proficiency with Cerner charting system
  • License required if applicable
