Global Talent Acquisition is seeking a Senior Advanced Information Technologist in Ridley Park, PA to join a growing Data Analytics & Digital Integration team within Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) . This team is tasked with transforming the way BDS data is sourced, managed, and utilized, leveraging analytics and AI to unlock insights that drive business growth and optimization. The team supports the analytics and AI needs of internal stakeholders across BDS business programs and functions, utilizing data-driven insights to inform and enhance the entire lifecycle of BDS products.
As a Senior Data Architect, you will serve as a thought leader in designing, implementing, and managing a unified data strategy that not only supports the BDS business unit but also integrates seamlessly with critical digital transformation and modernization initiatives. You will leverage advanced data structures, modeling principles, and cutting-edge technologies to significantly enhance our analytics capabilities and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Your key responsibilities will include defining semantic models for BDS data, structuring this data to maximize its utilization and uncover new insights, and establishing common data model standards that ensure consistency and interoperability across various platforms. Additionally, you will establish a strategic framework that aligns investments and the development of the BDS data strategy with key business outcomes, ensuring that our data initiatives are directly tied to the overall goals of the organization. By fostering collaboration and innovation, you will play a pivotal role in transforming how BDS leverages data to achieve its strategic objectives.
This role requires a resourceful, self-driven, outcome-oriented individual with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to partner, execute, and communicate skillfully while solving complex problems in dynamic environments. The ideal candidate will have experience with large-scale data platforms, enterprise architecture, data structures and models, and domain expertise across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain functions.
Position Responsibilities :
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. A final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range : $180,200 - $261,050
