Are you an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator ready to take the next step—leading projects from bid to closeout?

We’re seeking a Commercial Roofing Estimator / Project Manager who’s ready to go beyond the numbers. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a quality-driven, team-oriented environment and is ready to take ownership of the full project lifecycle—from estimating and planning to execution and final inspection.

Please Note : Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing in a dedicated Estimator or Project Manager role. Residential-only experience will not be considered .

The Project Manager / Estimator, dual-role position offers the best of both worlds : the opportunity to create accurate, strategic bids, and the responsibility to oversee projects through execution with a focus on quality, safety, and collaboration.

It’s ideal for an experienced estimator who wants more involvement in project management—or a project manager with strong estimating expertise.
