HR Specialist

We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Silver Spring, Maryland. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions, including onboarding, payroll coordination, and maintaining compliance with company policies. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels in streamlining HR processes.

Responsibilities :

Administer employee benefits and support annual open enrollment.

Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Support recruitment efforts by reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews.

Coordinate employee training programs and maintain participation records.

Assist in payroll and performance management processes.

Requirements :

3+ years of HR experience with focus in one or more specialties.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
