We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to join our client's Human Resources team. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple HR functions, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys balancing compliance and employee engagement - someone who's equally comfortable processing paperwork as they are improving HR processes.

Responsibilities :

• Administer employee benefits and support annual open enrollment.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Support recruitment efforts by reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate employee training programs and maintain participation records.
• Assist in payroll and performance management processes.
