Job description

A company is looking for a System Director Market Mergers, Acquisitions and Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Leads the identification, negotiation, and execution of strategic partnerships and transactions at the market and regional levels

Drives data analysis and feasibility studies to support informed decision-making for strategic growth objectives

Manages the overall transaction process, including project management, due diligence, and coordination with cross-functional leaders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Health Administration; Master's degree preferred

Minimum of five years' experience in business development, investment banking, or healthcare management consulting

At least three years of project management experience and two years of supervisory experience

Healthcare experience is required, with a preference for experience in mergers & acquisitions or joint ventures

Strong financial acumen and understanding of healthcare economics and regulatory environments
