Key Responsibilities :

Serve as a strategic finance partner to plant and operations leadership

Analyze capital investments and provide financial recommendations

Perform sensitivity and variance analyses to support decision-making

Develop and optimize product standard costing

Collaborate across departments on impactful initiatives

Take on additional responsibilities as needed

What We're Looking For :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

5+ years of FP&A experience

Background in manufacturing operations is required

Willingness to travel to plant locations as needed
