Executive Chef Responsibilities :

• Focus on supporting the team to create outstanding guest experiences
• Build the team and morale based on respect and understanding
• Manage costs with the support of the management team
• Uphold and exceed expectations of all food quality, sanitation, and brand standards

Executive Chef Requirements :

• Prior management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
• Great personality with high energy and positive attitude - we are BUSY!
• Strong attention to detail and a hands-on management style
• Focus on supporting the team to create outstanding guest experiences
• Night and weekend availability - flexible schedule
• Experience managing people and costs is a must
