Summary :
Conduct time studies and work observations to establish and maintain process standards.
Identify process improvement opportunities using Lean Manufacturing principles .
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement standard processes.
Support documentation and analysis to improve production efficiency and stability.
Maintain a presence on the production floor and actively engage with shop personnel.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Experience or exposure to engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or production environments .
Hands-on experience performing work observations and time studies .
Successful completion of training (OJT or classroom) is required.
Must be able to crouch, walk, and climb stairs as part of daily duties.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications :
1+ years of experience with Lean Manufacturing and a solid understanding of Lean principles.
Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience developing and deploying standardized processes .
