What's needed for this role?
- Filtering incoming calls effectively
- Develop and implement organized filing systems.
- Handling work orders
- Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards.
- Perform all other office tasks such as opening mail, making copies, etc.
- Bi-lingual in English / Spanish required
- Must be able to pass a background check / drug screening
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
