Job description

Job Summary

Carry out activities related to Application Engineering for T&C Brazil, providing technical assistance for products to ensure customer satisfaction nationwide. Activities include training, technical promotions, technical assistance, and engineering services such as project analysis, all in compliance with current laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain technical materials through periodic reviews to ensure continuous improvement of information.

Analyze projects (hydraulic, fire protection, gas, infrastructure, irrigation) to identify opportunities for including TIGRE products and increasing sales mix.

Quantify materials through project analysis to facilitate value proposal generation.

Identify projects specified with competitor products (e.g., copper, steel, galvanized iron) and convert them to TIGRE solutions (e.g., TIGREFIRE for fire protection, TIGRE Gas for residential gas) through technical analysis to increase sales mix.

Analyze opportunities for assembling hydraulic kits to optimize labor costs and add value through services.

Actively participate and influence study groups via technical committees and forums to promote continuous improvement.

Produce content for specialized media by submitting technical articles to disseminate knowledge and enhance technical expertise of the target audience.

Conduct training and provide technical support to international units to replicate procedures adopted by T&C Brazil’s Application Engineering.

Receive, analyze, and resolve customer complaints nationwide through in-person service, aiming for customer satisfaction and compliance with consumer protection laws.

Suggest improvements for existing and new products based on field analysis and identified opportunities.

Support the commercial area with technical information, training, and actions to facilitate new business development.

Train consumers (engineers, architects, designers, installers, students) via in-person sessions and university lectures to add value to TIGRE products and ensure correct application.

Provide technical guidance to consumers, resellers, and construction professionals through in-person service and email responses to ensure proper product use and reduce post-sale issues.

Conduct product homologation processes by liaising with relevant authorities to obtain technical validation for product application.

Stay informed about the quality management system through review, dissemination, and control of standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Environmental, Civil, Electrical, or Production)
  • Postgraduate studies (preferably in Civil Construction or Marketing)
