Key Responsibilities

Implement Azure DevOps processes for project management and improve workflows

Support research design and analytics, translating data into actionable insights for diverse audiences

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a STEM or quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience

3+ years of experience in analytics, business analysis, or technical project work

Experience with tools such as Azure, GitHub, Python, SQL, or survey platforms

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Motivated to learn and improve processes, demonstrating initiative in problem-solving
