Premier Medical Resources is seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Coordinator for our team. The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing and developing content for various digital mediums, including, but not limited to company websites and social media channels while ensuring that the brand, mission and vision are communicated effectively.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and lead generation within our targeted industry.
  • Manage online campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media, to drive targeted traffic and engagement.
  • Create compelling content for various digital platforms, such as websites, blogs, and social media channels, aligned with industry trends and company objectives.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Optimize user experience on digital platforms, ensuring seamless navigation and effective conversion funnels.
  • Implement and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain effective communication with clients and prospects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and relevant stakeholders to enhance online presence.
  • Monitor and manage the online reputation, addressing customer feedback and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Travel to multiple locations to capture and document content.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :

  • Demonstrated ability to author new and engaging content for various digital channels.
  • Web design and layout, including graphical interface, information architecture principles, and familiarity with designing to meet accessibility standards.
  • Willingness to take direction from management and work collaboratively with others.
  • Works well with a team and is committed to excellence and innovation.
  • Must know appropriate content for online spaces that positively reflects a brand and organization.
  • Must be able to respond to negative comments or follower questions in a timely, appropriate, and constructive manner.
  • Must be well organized and able to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment is key.
  • Knowledge of Associated Press (AP) style is a plus.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (such as Canva), social media scheduling tools (such as Later) and WordPress.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

  • Bachelor's degree in communication, journalism, marketing or a related field.
  • Two (2) years' experience working in digital media, social media and digital advertising.
  • Valid Texas Driver's License
