A company is looking for an Account Resolution I representative.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and resolve payments from insurance companies, executing the denial appeals process and ensuring accurate documentation
Prepare and submit required reports while identifying and communicating ongoing problems related to health system departments and contracts
Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and provide feedback for process improvements
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years of collection experience preferred
Ability to perform mathematical calculations and possess strong analytical skills
Basic experience with PC applications and strong organizational skills
Flexibility to adapt to changing work needs in a high-stress environment
