Position Summary :
The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer. The incumbent is also responsible for maintaining all standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel, as directed.

Job Qualifications :
Ability to communicate with hotel guests, announcing arrival at the door, and comprehending special requests from guests. Ability to inspect and maintain areas for which responsible. Must be able to use the equipment associated with the position, including, but not limited to, vacuum, cleaning supplies, and safety equipment. Ability to effectively and efficiently move around the work area. Ability to be physically mobile, and stand / walk for 8 to 12-hour shifts. Excellent guest service and communication skills. Must be able to work in areas containing dust, secondhand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, lighting, vibrations, crowds, and air quality. Must present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Regular and punctual attendance is required.
