Position Purpose : The Accountant II is responsible for performing full-cycle accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, and market support. This position ensures compliance with GAAP principles, accuracy in all financial transactions, and supports management with timely analysis and reporting.

• Maintain cash balances daily & reconcile bank accounts monthly
• Reconcile general ledger accounts
• Analyze financial data
• Provide audit assistance on financial, regulatory, and health plan audits
• Manage the accounts payable process including check generation
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards

Education / Experience : Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience. 2+ years of accounting experience.

License / Certification : CPA preferred.

Please note : Local candidates in Tampa, FL are highly preferred. Will require one Saturday per year and one day in the office per month.

Pay Range : $55,100.00 - $99,000.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
