LPN Crisis Care (Nights)

What You Should Know About the LPN-Crisis Care Role :

• The LPN-Crisis Care position serving the Newark area.
• This is a FT night shift position, 8P-8A, 2-12hr shifts per week with an every other weekend rotation
• In this role you will be 1 : 1 with the patient at the bedside. These patients are actively declining
• We provide superior care and superior services to patients at their end-of-life journey. Only those who have a heart for hospice will succeed

The Crisis Care LPN Essential Duties Are :

We provide superior care for patients in families in homes / facilities. The Crisis Care LPN will provide quality nursing care to patients in a manner that meets the patient and family needs, working under the direction and supervision of an RN. You could provide superior clinical care to patients and their families.
