Remote (U.S.) EST or CST required. Join Quadient's high-impact demand generation team, driving millions in sales through data-driven insights and outbound prospecting. As a Lead Generation Representative, you'll support our Field Sales Representatives by identifying sales opportunities in the Mail Related Services segment. Identify and qualify sales leads through outbound calls (120-140 daily calls). Develop and implement action plans to optimize results. Provide campaign feedback and collaborate with managers. Build relationships and communicate effectively across teams. Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM.
