Job Description

As a General Production Worker, you will operate and monitor foam pouring equipment to ensure the production of high-quality foam products. Your role involves adjusting machine settings, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring the consistency and quality of the foam produced.

Work Environment

The work shift is from 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM, with two breaks. Employees are expected to arrive 5 minutes early for a mandatory 7 : 00 AM meeting. The first 3 weeks involve intensive training, including shadowing and observation, to ensure proficiency in the role.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Mansfield, Massachusetts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50 / hr.
