Overview
The Digital Content Analyst will coordinate and oversee the daily operations for the J. Crew Group brand websites (Jcrew.com, Factory.Jcrew.com, Madewell.com). This role is integral to day-to-day eCommerce operations, customer service, post-merchandise updates, promotions, maintenance, and product launches. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Merchandising, Creative, QA, and Engineering. This is a junior talent role with training and mentorship from senior team members and leaders across their direct teams. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for site publishing and troubleshooting
- Create and maintain all site-wide promotions, as well as promo assets : badging, arrays, and global messaging
- Coordinate monthly publishes with internal teams and ensure all creative and product content (copy, images, pricing, etc.) is completed and accurate before launch
- Complete monthly review of the site with merchants to ensure new products are validated and optimize assortments
- Prepare and send out daily and monthly proofing links to business partners for review
- Manage and maintain (JIRA) bug tracking tool to ensure issues are assigned and resolved promptly
- Partner with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve site issues
- Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders to effectively carry out the required efforts of given projects and / or tasks
- Work closely with various teams, such as Merchant, Creative, and IT, to ensure site updates, projects, and work are delivered successfully, with quality, and on time
- Collaborate with brand teams to create and implement digital content that supports brand strategy, goals, and positioning
- Prepare documentation and schedule training sessions for merchants and planners (Business Manager, JIRA, and CPR)
- Perform continuous quality assessment and regression testing to ensure content, products, pages, and creative executions are launched with the right prices, promotions, inventory, features, images, copy, and website usability
- Support QA team with testing of new functionality : creating test scenarios, assortments, updating product attributes, etc.
- Review and refine the site’s daily and monthly processes to identify opportunities to improve efficiency of the content production process
- Coding HTML / CSS / JavaScript to make simple updates to web pages, including global navs and email coding

Salary Range : $64,200.00 - $77,000.00
