Job descriptionSafely operate large roadway equipment in multiple environments Ability to communicate with spotter and foreman on ground conditions and situations Ability to read site layout plans Able to utilize a string line to ensure maintaining the proper alignment Understand production and quantity requirements Responsible for daily maintenance on equipment which must remain in proper and safe working order Notify supervisor if equipment needs repair Asphalt Mill Operator : Preferred Driver's License (Required) CDL (Preferred) 25% (Required)

Hiring immediately - 2+year grinder equipment operator in the asphalt industry
Pay rate $28-$42
We here at A.C. Moate are looking for an energetic, safety conscious, results driven person to help grow our expanding asphalt division. Our company is looking for operators who are willing to take the next step in their career and show us what you got. What are we looking for?
Milling Machine Operator
We are the first step in making something great again.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in the asphalt industry
- Knowledge and understanding of asphalt milling machines
- Must be able to learn an an accelerated pace
- Able to understand work directions and communicate effectively with supervisors / co-workers

Experience
Will accept 2+ year equipment operator in the asphalt industry
License / Certification
Willingness to Travel
