Job Details :

Our Maintenance Mechanics are responsible for performing preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment while ensuring safety and efficiency. You will troubleshoot, repair, and improve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, all while meeting quality, safety, and budget standards.

Responsibilities :

1. Performing routine and preventative maintenance on a variety of production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

2. Utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track and manage maintenance tasks and inventory.

3. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA standards, throughout all maintenance operations.

4. Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 : 2015 Quality Management Systems.

5. Troubleshooting equipment issues and providing quick and effective solutions.

6. Performing tests and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.

7. Collaborating with the production team to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize downtime.

8. Training staff on equipment operation and basic maintenance procedures.

Qualifications :

1. Experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in the manufacturing industry.

2. Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

3. Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.

4. Experience in maintaining ISO 9001 : 2015 Quality Management Systems.

5. Proven ability to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot a variety of production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
