Position Overview : We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our dynamic team in Hanford, CA. Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including preventive care, acute care, and chronic disease management.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
