We are seeking a Process Architect to lead automation initiatives for our Fintech client. This role focuses on designing and implementing automated workflows using tools such as UiPath RPA, Alteryx, and Workato . The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, works independently, and is passionate about driving efficiency through automation.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate : $70 - $80 / hr. w2

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Process Design & Documentation
• Develop detailed Process Design Documents (PDDs) to capture requirements and workflows.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable automation plans.
• Create test cases and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure quality delivery.
• Project Leadership
• Manage multiple automation projects simultaneously, providing clear status updates and action plans.
• Lead daily stand-ups and coordinate with developers to remove blockers and maintain momentum.
• Ensure timely updates in project management tools (e.g., Asana) for visibility and accountability.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Collaborate with process owners, engineering teams, security, legal, and compliance partners to secure approvals.
• Facilitate meetings, demos, and communication to keep all parties aligned.
• Continuous Improvement
• Optimize processes and identify opportunities for automation across business units.
• Track and report success metrics post-deployment to demonstrate impact and drive program growth.
