Key Responsibilities

Determines subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle complex cases

Applies advanced understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships

Handles investigation of complex auto claims, exercising discretion and independence

Required Qualifications

3 or more years of experience in handling Georgia bodily injury claims (preferred)

Strong knowledge of GA-specific claims handling practices

Experience in reviewing, evaluating, and negotiating moderate to complex injury claims

Ability to identify vehicle body parts and assess potential property damage

No supervisory responsibilities required
