Our client, an international IT services provider is seeking to add a VMware Administrator to their growing team. This Direct Hire role will work with a team of IT professionals implementing custom environments and resolving technical issues in support of a next generation collaboration capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Designs, configures and supports virtual system s. Systems may include servers, workstations, tablets, smart phones, and other devices utilized to access and generate data.
- Maintains, upgrades and implements improvements to virtual hardware, resources, systems and key processes.
- Support ongoing maintenance of Windows Server infrastructure
- Design, upgrade, and migrate Microsoft Exchange to newer versions
- Implement and troubleshoot messaging systems and technologies
Required Qualifications :
- Minimum 7 years of experience with VMWare ESX
- Extensive hands-on experience with MS Exchange 2010 / 2016 / 2019 and Windows 2016 / 2019
- Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and TCP / IP
- Basic knowledge of Linux administration
