Hvac Sales Representative
Under limited supervision, responsible for selling HVAC products through distributors, which in turn sell to dealers and end-users.

COMPENSATION :
The total compensation range for this position is $110K to $145K and will be based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and education. Under the plan, target compensation is anticipated to be 60% base salary and 40% commission. New hires are guaranteed to receive at least the target commission for six months. The competitive compensation plan also includes an uncapped bonus structure based on performance exceeding 100% of the plan across three individual categories. The bonus amount increases as performance surpasses quota, so the potential payout is not fixed and can grow as over-quota achievements increase. Company car and Fuel card provided.
