Position Overview

The Finance Director will serve as a key member of the leadership team and report to the COO. You will overseeing all financial operations across multiple entities. This role will drive financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management to enable scalable growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex, multi-entity financial structures and be comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

You will play a central role in implementing Dynamics, optimizing accounting processes, and delivering actionable financial insights to support executive decision-making. The growth would be to CFO.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership

• Partner with senior leadership to develop financial strategies that support the company's rapid growth and expansion goals.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes across multiple entities.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the COO CEO and other business leaders based on financial analysis and projections.
