Program Manager

Our client is seeking a program manager to drive internal processes in support of their Enterprise Line of Business. The ideal candidate will develop and implement standardized project management methodologies to ensure consistency and efficiency across all projects. They will facilitate collaboration between internal teams by establishing clear communication channels, reporting structures, and governance frameworks. This includes regularly following up with key stakeholders to ensure continuous forward momentum. Additionally, the candidate will analyze project performance metrics and provide strategic insights to senior leadership. These insights will be used to optimize resource allocation, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement within the line of business. Their expertise will be crucial in maintaining high standards of project management and ensuring the successful execution of complex integration projects.

Responsibilities :

• Implement standardized project management methodologies tailored for the line of business to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
• Facilitate collaboration between internal teams by establishing clear communication channels, reporting structures, and governance frameworks, following up with key stakeholders to ensure forward momentum.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Analyze project performance metrics and provide strategic insights to senior leadership to optimize resource allocation, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

Compensation : $85 - $111 per hour
