The posted compensation range of $24.00 - $29.90 / hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Performs reception, registration, and clerical support functions for the physician(s), nursing, technical and administrative staff in the areas of registering of outpatients, scheduling patients, obtaining authorizations as needed, answering telephones, chart preparation, filing and requesting medical records and films. Provides reports and information as requested to ensure the effective and efficient operations of the department. Responsible for patient inquiries and scheduling all phone appointments for the clinic.

Minimum Qualifications :

• High School Graduate or GED
• 2 years equivalent work experience
• One year Patient Access experience
• Operator / customer service experience
