We are seeking a Client Service Associate to join our growing team who can deliver exceptional customer service! Are you interested in helping a range of clients through issues that vary from relatively simple to moderately complex? We are looking for people who are eager to establish relationships with clients, will collaborate with the sales team to achieve goals, constantly seek improvement and will demonstrate the value Gallagher can provide.

How you'll make an impact :

  • Contribute in the renewal process to ensure the best possible solutions are delivered to clients in high quality and timely manner.
  • Support business activity, such as handling new business applications, compiling information for the business to submit high-quality and accurate Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, and processing certificates of insurance.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall workflow processes and achieve goals by adhering to efficiency / productivity and process standards.
  • Nurture relationships with the buyer in the client organization as well as with the day-to-day client representatives.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance standards and service levels are met.
  • Maintain accurate client and policy data and documents within your Gallagher systems.
  • Use Gallagher's technology to improve productivity and quality.
  • Optimally balance multiple competing priorities.

  • About You :

    High School diploma / equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills. Preferred : Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred. Previous experience managing client relationships. Behaviors : Exceptional organizational skills, Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Compensation and benefits :

    We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market / geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business / practice area, supply / demand, and scheduled hours.
