Key Responsibilities
Serve as the technical lead for onboarding new merchants, providing integration and configuration assistance
Conduct data integration, platform configuration, and business process mapping tailored to merchant needs
Provide technical support to existing merchants and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting API-based solutions
Experience with web-based and mobile integrations; familiarity with HTML, XML, JSON, and Javascript
Proven ability to map and transform client data into complex platforms or systems
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
Background in payments, fintech, or related industries is a plus
