The Opportunity

We’re looking for an inspiring Head of Sales – North America to take our healthcare technology growth story to the next level. In this remote leadership role, you’ll shape and execute a sales strategy that accelerates adoption of cutting-edge cardiology solutions across the continent.

You’ll build, coach, and lead a high-performing sales team—driving success through both direct and channel partnerships. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing complex deals, and developing innovative go-to-market strategies that make a measurable difference in healthcare outcomes.

What You'll Do

Direct Sales Leadership

• Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team across all lead sources.
• Own and achieve individual sales targets while driving overall team success.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans to maximize revenue growth and product adoption.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with provider, clinical and administrative stakeholders, including referral partners, cardiology department heads, cardiologists, CIOs, and procurement teams.
• Partner with marketing and product teams to tailor messaging, deliver compelling product demos, and align solutions with customer needs.
