Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative :

• Work in residential areas with customers to present and sell our clients products and services, such as wireless devices and the latest technologies
• Track and monitor performance against team and company metrics
• Offer the best customer experience as you acquire a strong knowledge of the client's products and competitors.
• Identify and close sales opportunities effectively
• Gather the necessary customer information needed to provide a custom package based on their wireless lifestyle
