Director of Workforce Management & Analytics
The Director of Workforce Management & Analytics will be responsible for Workforce Management and Executive Analytics for the Customer Success Group function within McAfee. You will lead the strategy, design, and execution of workforce planning, forecasting, and operational analytics to optimize staffing, scheduling, and productivity across the organization. This role combines deep expertise in workforce management systems with advanced data analytics to ensure the business has the right talent in the right place at the right time. By delivering actionable insights, scalable processes, and effective reporting, this leader will enable operational excellence, cost efficiency, and improved employee and customer experience. This is a hybrid position located in Frisco, TX. You must be within a commutable distance to the Frisco, TX location. You will be required to be onsite on an as-needed basis; when not working onsite, you will work remotely from your home location.
