Business Litigation Associate Attorney

A respected law firm in St. Louis is seeking a Business Litigation Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of experience to join their dynamic litigation team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience handling business and commercial litigation matters , with a proven ability to manage complex cases and deliver high-quality representation to clients across diverse industries.

Responsibilities :

Handle all aspects of litigation from case inception through resolution.

Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, and participate in trials or mediations.

Provide strategic counsel to business clients on risk management and dispute resolution.

Collaborate with partners and clients to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.

Qualifications :

J.D. from an accredited law school and active Missouri Bar membership (Illinois a plus).

3–5 years of experience in business and / or commercial litigation.

Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Strong client communication and case management abilities.
