Branch Director Opportunity Description
Our client is a well-established Hospice organization. They have a current opening for a Branch Director for their Hospice locations in the Upshur County, WV area and another in the Grant County, WV area .
Management experience as a Registered Nurse is a must. Hospice or Home Health experience is required. Lots of room for growth! Relocation candidates welcome to apply!
Branch Director Job Requirements
- Medicare Hospice or Home Health leadership experience as a RN.
- Excellent understanding of state / federal hospice home care regulations.
- Financial and business development understanding.
Branch Director Job Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day branch operations including budget.
- Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations.
- Work with Sales staff to grow census.
