Job descriptionBase Salary : Starting at $120,000 + productivity bonuses, potential to earn $160K+. No weekend (option to cover if APP wishes and take 50% of productivity in addition to base salary). Vacation : 3 weeks paid time off. Retirement : 401K with guaranteed 3% match + / - profit sharing + Cash balance plan. Health Insurance : 50% employer-paid coverage for the employee only. Additional Opportunities for Extra Income. Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program. NCCPA certified (or eligible). Eligible for licensure in the state of North Carolina.
We are a well-established and growing private Infectious Disease practice in search of a motivated and compassionate PA to join our collaborative team. With over five years of continued excellence, we are proud to expand our services and welcome a new APP to our Rocky Mount-based location!
You’ll work alongside a dedicated team of 2 Infectious Disease MDs, 4 PAs, and 1 NP, primarily and exclusively in a long-term acute care (LTAC) setting. This position offers a dynamic and meaningful clinical environment with room for both professional growth and leadership.
Position Details :
- Specialty : Infectious Disease
- Setting : LTAC (Duke Regional Hospital – 6th Floor and occasional tele or phone support at LTAC in Greensboro)
- EMR : Epic
- Team Structure : 2 MDs, 4 PAs, 1 NP
