The Role

As Director Of Clinical, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our clinical strategy, ensuring the successful translation of our neuromonitoring technology from research to real-world clinical applications. You will lead clinical development efforts, oversee regulatory pathways, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive clinical adoption and impact. This is a hands-on position with full accountability for the execution of CoMind's clinical strategy. Please note that this role will require up to 40% travel.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute the clinical strategy for CoMind's neuromonitoring technology in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Develop and lead clinical trial strategies from first human use through post-market studies, oversee global clinical operations (in-house and outsourced), and manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution
• Lead, and manage the clinical team at CoMind, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the successful delivery of clinical initiatives aligned with the company's mission and strategic goals
• Support interactions with regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance with relevant clinical and ethical guidelines (e.g., FDA, MHRA, EMA)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and research institutions
• Provide clinical expertise to support product development, guiding the integration of clinical insights into technology design and refinement
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, R&D and commercial teams to ensure clinical validation and market readiness
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in neuroscience, neuromonitoring, and clinical research to drive innovation and best practices.
