Project Overview

Client is running a cross-functional program focused on process improvement supported by technology and AI tools. This role serves as the primary analytics partner for business teams, helping turn questions into insights and supporting decisions that lead to operational change. The position is hybrid in the Philadelphia region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with program leaders, product, operations, and engineering teams to define business problems and success metrics.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and operational reports to guide decision-making.
  • Analyze data using SQL and Excel to identify trends, validate hypotheses, and measure the impact of process and technology changes.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support pilots, A / B tests, and post-launch analysis, including cohort definition and outcome measurement.
  • Document data definitions, sources, and measurement processes to ensure consistent reporting.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to maintain data quality and prioritize data needs.
  • Identify reporting risks and escalate issues with mitigation plans.

Required Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in business or program analytics.
  • Strong SQL skills for complex querying in production environments.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
  • Proven experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to turn analysis into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience collaborating across teams to support operational improvements.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid onsite schedule in the Philadelphia area.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of data modeling, BI best practices, and version-controlled analytics environments (such as LookML or DBT).
  • Basic experience with Python or R.
  • Experience analyzing the impact of technology or AI / ML-driven initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks.

  • Regular use of accurate and reliable Power BI dashboards by program stakeholders.
  • Documented program metrics and repeatable measurement processes for pilots and launches.
  • Data-backed recommendations that result in measurable process improvements.
  • Stable data workflows and quality controls established with data engineering teams.
