Licenses : Active Pennsylvania license required; IMLC acceptedBoard : Board Certified in Hematology / OncologyDEA : RequiredCertifications : BLS, ACLS requiredExperience : Minimum 1–2 years preferredOther Qualifications : Ability to work with interdisciplinary oncology care teamDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provide comprehensive outpatient hematology / oncology care.Manage 12–15 patients daily in outpatient clinic.Conduct inpatient consults and coordinate care with hospital teams.Collaborate with nursing staff, medical assistants, navigators, and pharmacy.Participate in scheduled clinic and hospital duties Monday – Friday, 8a – 4 : 30p.Share in call rotation as assigned, including inpatient coverage and callbacks.
