The Food Operations Manager is responsible for managing daily food service operations for the patient dining program, ensuring a seamless experience that supports patient health, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. What You'll Do

• Motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline staff
• Provide stellar customer service
• Oversee cash handling processes, and POS programming and maintenance
• Ensure company food and physical safety programs and standards are followed
• Conduct patient services standard audits
• Manage the opening and closing the operation as well daily patient services and retail food service operations
• Manage vendor relationships and compliance
• Maintain all product merchandising, marketing and ordering standards are in place
